Description:
The excel file contains all experimental data used for generating Fig.2, Fig.3, Fig.4, and Fig.5.

The figures are as follows:

Fig. 2  Gain and NF spectra for 35m of BGSF with a signal of -23 and -10dBm at RT. The inset shows the signal and noise spectra of a -23dBm signal, from which the in-band OSNR is derived.

Fig. 3  Gain and NF variations with the pump power using different signal powers (at 1440nm, RT).

Fig. 4 PCE color map against the pump and signal powers.

Fig. 5 Gain and NF spectra at different temperatures for a signal of (a) -23dBm and (b) -10dBm. The inset of (a) shows the TDG coefficient from 1410-1490nm, and (b) shows the gain and NF variations with the temperature at 1440nm.
